The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know beforehand if you will be arriving after 6 p.m. Please empty your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Your booking will be confirmed with the receipt of the deposit (50% of the arranged price).
In case of cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival (see our cancellation policy for details).
Our hotel has an elevator. Some of our rooms/suites are barrier-free. Please let us know by the time of your reservation if you would like to book a barrier-free room.

Pets can be brought on request.
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by card (please inform yourself about the currently valid cash limit). We accept all credit cards except Diners Club and American Express.
Our room prices are per person and day including breakfast á la carte. For overnight stays without breakfast € 15.00 per person will be deducted from the daily price.
All our children prices are only valid if 2 or more full paying guests are booked in the same room.
For guests older than 14 years a local tax of € 1.25 per person and night is charged, which is not included in the total price of the stay and must be paid by departure.
All our rooms/suites are smoke-free rooms.
Room cancellations are only valid in written form.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation costs and the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation after this date (29 days before arrival until 11:59 pm the day before) we charge 80% of the booking value (in this case the received deposit will be deducted from the owed amount).
In case of late arrival, early departure and no-show we charge 100% of the booking value (in this case the deposit will be deducted from the owed amount).
We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
A parking space in our underground garage can be booked for a fee of € 8.00 per day (subject to availability).
We don´t take responsibility for forgotten items and will gladly return them on request and at your own expense.
For the single use of a double room we charge a surcharge. You will be notified about the surcharge on request.
