Check in & Check out

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, your room | suite is available until 11:00 a.m.

Deposit

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the booked package). If you prefer to pay the deposit by credit card, please feel free to contact us by phone. In case of cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Further details can be found under “Cancellation policy”.

Lift

Our hotel is equipped with an elevator up to the second floor. Some of our rooms and suites are also barrier-free. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require an accessible room.

Pets

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you to our rooms and suites. We charge € 30.00 per night for your pet (food not included). Pets are also welcome in the restaurant area. Just a few minutes’ walk away you will find lovely paths for walking your dog.

Payment

The hotel bill may be settled in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash or by card (please note the legally applicable cash payment limit in Italy). We accept all major credit cards except Diners Club and American Express.

Prices

Our room rates are per person and night and include à la carte breakfast. For overnight stays without breakfast, € 15.00 per person will be deducted from the daily rate. Children’s rates apply only with a minimum of two full-paying adults in the room. A local tourist tax of € 3.30 per person and night applies to guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price and must be paid on site.

Smoking

All rooms and suites are non-smoking.

Cancellation

Room cancellations are accepted in written form only.
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge and any deposit paid will be refunded. For cancellations made after this deadline (from 13 days prior to arrival until 11:59 p.m. on the day before arrival), we charge 80% of the booked package. The deposit paid will be credited against the amount due. In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the booked package will be charged. The deposit paid will be credited against the amount due.

Underground garage

Parking spaces in our underground garage are available at a rate of € 12.00 per day (subject to availability). Please let us know if you would like to reserve a parking space.

Forgotten things

We do not accept any liability for forgotten items. Upon request, we are happy to send them to the desired address at the guest’s expense.

Surcharges

For single use of a double room, a single room surcharge applies. We will be happy to inform you of the exact amount upon request.
